Solution Architect

## Join our Team About this opportunity: We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Solution Architect to design, build, and lead scalable data solutions on Google Cloud Platform. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in distributed systems, large-scale data engineering, and cloud-native architecture, along with strong hands-on capabilities and leadership in enterprise environments. What you will do: * Design and architect end-to-end data solutions leveraging Google Cloud technologies. * Lead the development of scalable, resilient, and high-performance data pipelines. * Define architecture standards, best practices, and design patterns for data engineering and analytics. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, operations) to translate business requirements into technical solutions. * Drive data modelling strategies for enterprise-scale systems. * Ensure implementation of data quality frameworks, including validation, auditing, and monitoring mechanisms. * Lead CI/CD pipeline design and cloud deployment strategies using modern DevOps practices. * Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and governance across delivery teams. * Review and enforce architectural compliance, security, and scalability principles. ## The skills you bring : * At least 10+ years’ experience as a Software Developer and specialized knowledge and experience in the following: * Understanding and experience with Google Cloud architecture * Building Data pipelines with Data proc Cluster, Cloud Run, Pub sub, Cloud Composer (Airflow), Cloud functions etc.) * Be fluent in object-oriented languages, preferably Python, Scala, Java. * Proficiency with build tools like SBT (Simple Build Tool) * In-depth knowledge of database and data warehouse technologies & concepts from Google (e.g., Big Query, Cloud SQL) * Be fluent in SQL * Good experience with enterprise-scale data modelling * Strong understanding of distributed systems architecture. * Data quality process experience including data cleansing, audits and alerts, triage mechanisms & processes, and referential integrity * CI/CD: Release, deployment with Cloud build and git flow, GKE, Docker * A certification such as Google Cloud Professional Cloud Architect, Google Professional Data Engineer would be a plus and should be demonstratable * Domain experience working on Telecom Performance Management Systems would be a plus."“All academic credentials must be from recognized and accredited institutions and are further subject to verification.” Why join Ericsson?At Ericsson, you´ll have an outstanding opportunity.
