Our Network Engineer is a crucial part of our process ranging from early engagement, pre-sales of services and networks, to service delivery and acceptance. This role demands a deep technical understanding to deliver high-quality network design, advanced technical network analysis, role in pre-sales tasks, proficiency with Ericsson's cutting-edge analytics solutions, a commitment to driving innovation, and an emphasis on customer-focus and quality service delivery. What you will do: \- Analyse, identify and suggest solutions to technical problems within multiple domains. \- Engage in dialogue with customers to identify areas of improvement and technological challenges. \- Gather customer requirements directly or through Request for Quotations (RFQ). \- Define the scope of work for a design or optimization service. \- Estimate the cost of sales for service proposals, including workforce, tools, travel, and expenses. \- Document and present a detailed service offering that underscores customer value. \- Adapt to new working methodologies, specifically in data usage and analytics tools and frameworks.
