As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will own and lead end-to-end recruitment processes, partnering closely with hiring managers to attract, assess, and hire exceptional talent.

You’ll bring a strategic, data-driven approach to hiring, while ensuring a high-quality, inclusive, and seamless candidate experience. Your expertise will directly support Everway’s continued growth by building strong, scalable talent pipelines.

This role is ideal for a recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is passionate about building high-performing teams through thoughtful, strategic hiring.

Preference will be given to candidates located in the Eastern US.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end hiring: Manage full-cycle recruitment across a variety of roles and levels, from sourcing through offer
  • Drive proactive sourcing: Identify and engage high-quality, diverse talent using creative and targeted sourcing strategies
  • Partner with hiring managers: Provide guidance, coaching, and best practices to ensure effective and consistent hiring decisions
  • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience: Champion a smooth, engaging, and inclusive process from first touchpoint to offer
  • Leverage data and insights: Use hiring metrics to inform decisions, improve processes, and drive better outcomes
  • Ensure compliance and integrity: Maintain confidentiality and adhere to regional hiring regulations and best practices
  • Optimize processes: Continuously identify opportunities to improve workflows, systems, and overall hiring effectiveness
  • Operate at pace: Manage a high volume of roles with strong organization, prioritization, and attention to detail
  • 3+ years of global, full-cycle recruitment experience, with a track record of hiring high-quality talent
  • Strong expertise in direct sourcing and talent pipeline development
  • Experience partnering with stakeholders and influencing hiring decisions across multiple levels
  • Proven ability to use data and metrics to drive hiring performance
  • Experience supporting and championing inclusive hiring practices
  • Hands-on experience with ATS platforms (Greenhouse preferred)
  • Experience recruiting for GTM positions (Sales, Marketing, Customer Operations)
  • Experience working in a remote or distributed environment, ideally within SaaS
  • Experience in EdTech or mission-driven organizations
  • Exposure to employer branding and talent attraction strategies
  • Knowledge of global hiring regulations and compliance requirements
