As a Change Management Analyst with EVYD Technology, you will support the planning, implementation, and execution of our Change Management Plans for projects and change initiatives. You will work closely with the project team and various stakeholders to ensure the successful transition and adoption of new processes, technologies, and any other change initiatives by our clients and end-users.

This role reports to our Manager of Change Management and will be based in Brunei.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning and executing change management strategies for organizational transformation, system implementations, process improvements, and other projects. 
  • Identify and engage key internal and external stakeholders to build support for change initiatives. 
  • Conduct thorough impact assessments to understand how changes will affect individuals, teams, and the organization. 
  • Develop clear and effective communication plans to keep stakeholders informed about changes, progress, and new updates. 
  • Design and implement training programs to equip employees with the skills and knowledge needed to navigate change successfully. 
  • Identify and address resistance to change by providing support and resources to individuals and teams facing challenges. 
  • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to assess the effectiveness of change initiatives and make necessary adjustments. 
  • Create and maintain up-to-date documentation related to change management processes, plans, meeting notes, status reports and action items. 
  • Contribute to continuous improvement in change management methodologies and processes based on feedback and lessons learnt to ensure aligned with industry best practices. 

Requirements

  • Frequent commuting to other districts is required for this role. 
  • A minimum of Higher National Diploma in Business, Management, or higher in a relevant field (or equivalent experience).
  • Highly independent and self-motivated to thrive in an ambitious and fast-paced environment. 
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders. 
  • A team player that can collaborate with others, whether within or outside of the same team and department. 
  • Highly organized with an exceptional sense of time management. 
  • Detailed oriented with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. 
  • Proactive, adaptable and acts with integrity and ethics. 
  • Basic Project Management and planning skills. 
  • Proven experience in Change Management or Organizational Development is a plus. 
  • Basic knowledge in Change Management principles, techniques, and tools.
