Extenteam — a ~$10M ARR AI-powered company in the short-term rental / property management space. We build and operate guest communications software used by thousands of properties.

Our Founder has a backlog of ideas and zero time to build them. Looking for one sharp person who ships — not a consultant, not an agency. A builder who loves to code and wants to make $4–6K/month doing it.

Your daily toolkit:

Claude Code — this is your primary interface. You live in it.
Terminal, CLI, bash — you're comfortable and fast
GitHub — commits, branches, PRs, basic git hygiene
Railway and/or AWS — you can deploy and manage what you build
SQL + database connections — PostgreSQL, piping APIs into DBs, reading/writing data
REST APIs — you can read docs and connect anything to anything

What you'd be building:

Claude API pipelines (QA scoring, prompt chains, structured outputs)
Internal automations connecting HubSpot, ClickUp, Slack, Aircall, Guesty
Agentic workflows for operations teams
MCP servers and tool-use integrations
Data pipelines, web scrapers, enrichment workflows

You:

Are a genuine nerd who enjoys building for its own sake
Can take a rough idea or a Loom and return working code
Work fast, communicate clearly in English, ask good questions
Don't need your hand held — you figure things out
Treat Claude Code as a force multiplier, not a crutch

Logistics (important — please read):

Based in LatAm (Colombia, Argentina, Brazil, Mexico, etc.) with a valid US visa and willingness to occasionally travel to Miami
OR based in Eastern Europe (Serbia, Romania, Poland, etc.) and willing to work EST hours (yes, that means late nights — I need overlap)
Fully remote, async-friendly but responsive during EST business hours
$4,000–$6,000/month depending on output and fit
This is a long-term role if you deliver
