Experienced Welder | First Shift | Walton, KY | $20-$25/hr based on experience!

We are seeking a skilled and certified Welder to join our team in producing high-quality parts and weldments for custom equipment designed for the automotive industry. This role includes welding production fixtures, interpreting blueprints, and participating in cross-training opportunities within machining and assembly.

• →Weld production parts, fixtures, and custom weldments according to specifications
• →Read and interpret shop blueprints; complete a blueprint reading test during the interview
• →Complete a hands-on welding test based on provided blueprints
• →Cross-train in machining (manual mills, drill press, etc.) and assembly as needed
• →Collaborate with team members to meet production goals
• →Offer ideas for improving workflow and efficiency
• →Maintain accuracy, attention to detail, and quality standards
• →Work overtime, weekends, and occasional holidays during high-production periods
• →Travel as needed for certain projects

• Certified welder
• Minimum 2 years of welding experience
• Strong MIG welding experience across various steel types and thicknesses
• Ability to read and interpret shop blueprints
• Ability to read and use metric measuring devices (tape measure/ruler)
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must pass background check and drug test

8:00am-4:45pm Mon-Fri Mandatory Occasional OT

$20-25/hr paid weekly
