Key Responsibilities:
·         Provide direct resident care under the supervision of registered nurses or physicians.
·         Administer medications and treatments according to supervisory orders.
·         Monitor residents' vital signs and assess their condition.
·         Med Checks
·         Document resident information, treatments, and responses to care accurately.
·         Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and comprehensive resident care.
·         Maintain a clean and safe patient environment.
·         Adhere to established policies, procedures, and protocols for nursing care.
·         Respond promptly to emergencies and provide appropriate interventions.
  • Requirements:
  • Available Shifts PT 3p-1130p and 11p-730a
  • Valid New Jersey LPN license.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience.
  • Strong clinical skills and knowledge of geriatric nursing particularly in sub-acute care.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Understanding of and commitment to compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • CPR and BLS certifications.
  • Flu vaccination required.
