• GCSE English Level 4 (C) or above or equivalent.

• Inquisitive nature with a willingness to learn, listen, and ask questions.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow detailed instructions.

• Competency in Microsoft applications.

• Hands-on experience with a range of operational digital systems.
