CNC Machinist

Location: Keene, NH As a CNC Machinist with Janos Technologies, your primary responsibilities are as follows: * Work from engineering drawings and process work instructions in accordance with established procedures, lean processes and standard work. * Set up, operate and maintain CNC diamond turning machines in support of the production schedule. * Collect, analyze, and report data for production processes requiring basic math and statistical knowledge. * Manually clean optical surfaces using wipes and solvents * Utilize metrology equipment to verify conformance of optical components to high precision specifications. Qualifications: * High school diploma or equivalent * Minimum of 3 years of relevant machining production experience * Must be a US Person as defined by 22 CFR 120.15 (Citizen, Permanent Resident) * Ability to setup and run CNC manufacturing equipment * Possesses basic computer skills for entering data, reviewing process documentation, and operating computer-controlled equipment * Ability to perform measurements on high precision components * Must read, speak and understand English written instruction and documentation Working Conditions and Basic Requirements: * 1st Shift: 5:00AM to 3:30PM Monday through Thursday * 2nd Shift: 3:15PM to 1:45AM Monday through Thursday * May require occasional heavy lifting (> 30 lbs) or movement of objects up to 40 lbs. * Involves exposure to chemicals and solvents. * Safety Glasses & Latex Gloves are required.
