Pay: Starts at $27.00/hour (higher based on experience)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Overtime: Saturdays, 6:00 AM – 12:00 PM (average ~56 hours/week)

Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist with programming experience to support precision manufacturing operations. This role involves programming, setup, and operation of CNC equipment to produce high-quality components used in industrial applications.

You will work closely with shop leadership to ensure production goals, quality standards, and deadlines are consistently met.

Interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine machining requirements

Program, set up, and operate CNC lathes and milling machines

Develop and edit G-code using control systems such as Fanuc, Haas, Fagor, or Heidenhain

Machine components to tight tolerances (up to 0.0005") with consistency and accuracy

Inspect finished parts using precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, bore gauges)

Verify that parts meet all specifications and quality requirements

Follow all safety procedures within a machining environment

Maintain strong attendance, reliability, and work ethic

Handle materials up to 50 lbs as part of daily responsibilities

Support production schedules, including required overtime

Demonstrated experience in CNC machining with hands-on programming responsibilities

Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications

Solid understanding of G-code programming

Strong attention to detail and commitment to precision work

Knowledge of machining best practices, safety standards, and quality expectations
