Implementation Planner Location: São Paulo, Brazil (hybrid or remote options may be available, depending on business needs) Why You Should Join? As an Implementation Planner, you will design and maintain the implementation plans that set customer projects up for success—from kickoff through delivery. You’ll work closely with Project Managers, Program Managers, and cross‑functional partners to ensure work is well‑structured, scalable, and efficient. Your responsibilities will include: * Build and optimize implementation plans * Create and maintain clear project plans, timelines, milestones, and dependencies * Ensure resource alignment and realistic sequencing before execution begins * Support delivery execution * Partner with Project and Program Managers to track progress, manage dependencies, and surface risks early * Proactively identify bottlenecks and recommend adjustments to keep projects on track * Drive standardization and scalability * Develop and maintain planning templates, workflows, and onboarding playbooks * Reduce variability across projects and improve speed and consistency of delivery * Improve planning through tools, data, and automation * Streamline planning workflows to reduce manual effort * Use systems, automation, and data to improve visibility, accuracy, and decision‑making * Enable repeatable delivery models * Support scalable onboarding approaches across different customer segments, including lower‑complexity implementations * Track performance and recommend improvements * Maintain centralized tracking of milestones and timelines * Analyze trends and translate insights into practical process improvements What You Bring?
