The Manager Professional Services & Implementations owns the critical post-sales lifecycle from contract signature through successful client onboarding and initialization. Reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer, this role builds, formalizes, and leads the Project Management Office (PMO) to ensure that Four Eyes’ wealth management compliance and data automation solutions are deployed on time, within scope, and with a world-class client experience. Serving as the operational bridge between Sales, Product Services, and enterprise clients, the Manager directly impacts Time to Value (TTV) metrics and long-term client retention.
Responsibilities
~2 min read- →PMO Leadership & Methodology Design: Architect, document, and continuously optimize a scalable framework for client implementations, and projects. Establish project management methodologies, health-tracking dashboards, and risk-mitigation protocols for all active client implementations. Manage project allocations to ensure team capacity is balanced across concurrent client rollouts.
- →Client Onboarding & Delivery Execution: Own the formal transition from Sales into Delivery, ensuring all technical requirements and scope parameters are clearly mapped. Serve as the executive project lead on high-complexity client deployments, managing stakeholder relationships within enterprise wealth management institutions.
- →Scope & Margin Management: Ensure projects are delivered within agreed scopes. Identify, track, and manage scope creep, converting custom requests into formalized change orders or product feedback loops.
- →Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Sales, Client Success, and Engineering & Delivery during late-stage sales cycles to ensure delivery timelines are realistically framed in client agreements.
- → The Stabilization Handshake: Own accountability through the initial Stabilization Phase. Manage a strict Definition of Done process to seamlessly transition live, stable clients to the Client Support & Revenue Operations team for ongoing BAU support.
- → Performance & Reporting: Track and report on key delivery KPIs including Time to Value (TTV), milestone adherence, and client CSAT at go-live. Use data to continuously improve delivery methodology and reduce the stabilization window.
SaaS & WealthTech Delivery Experience: 5+ years of project management or professional services delivery experience within B2B SaaS, with preference for FinTech or WealthTech environments.
- Has delivered complex software implementations within regulated financial services environments.
- Understands the unique compliance and change management dynamics of wealth management firms.
- Has navigated multi-stakeholder onboarding projects with competing priorities and tight regulatory timelines.
- Brings structured delivery practices to an environment that is scaling its implementation function.
Technical Aptitude & Integration: Proven experience navigating complex software deployments involving data architecture, API integrations, and institutional security and compliance frameworks.
- Can engage meaningfully with technical teams on data migration, API configuration, and custodian integrations.
- Understands security and compliance requirements relevant to financial data environments (SOC 2, SSO, data residency).
- Translates technical constraints into clear client-facing language and manages expectations accordingly.
PMO Methodology & Process Design: Deep familiarity with Agile/Waterfall hybrid project management systems. PMP, Agile, or equivalent certification is a strong asset.
- Has designed or formalized a delivery playbook, onboarding framework, or PMO function from scratch or early stage.
- Establishes governance structures, health-tracking dashboards, and risk-mitigation protocols across concurrent projects.
- Continuously refines delivery methodology using lessons learned, performance data, and stakeholder feedback.
Executive Communication & Change Management: Exceptional executive-level communication skills, with a proven ability to manage change management and pushback within large financial institutions.
- Conducts highly effective project status meetings with clear agendas, documented decisions, and actionable follow-ups.
- Translates technical complexity and implementation challenges into business language for C-suite and compliance stakeholders.
- Manages difficult conversations around scope, timelines, and client resource issues with professionalism and composure.
