Our Food and Beverage operation plays a central role in the guest experience, spanning award winning restaurants, bars, private dining, events, in room dining, and luxury guest experiences.

Four Seasons Hotel London at Tower Bridge is seeking an experienced Assistant Director of Food & Beverage to join our leadership team.

Reporting to the Director of Food & Beverage, the Assistant Director of Food & Beverage will provide strategic and operational leadership across all Food and Beverage outlets throughout the hotel.

You will oversee the performance, service standards, guest experience, profitability, and development of multiple outlet leadership teams while ensuring every aspect of the operation reflects the luxury, quality, and attention to detail for which Four Seasons is renowned.

As a key member of the Food and Beverage leadership team, you will help shape the direction of one of London's most exciting luxury hospitality operations, supporting outlet managers, driving commercial performance, and creating exceptional guest experiences.

Responsibilities

→Support the Director of Food & Beverage in leading all Food and Beverage operations across the hotel
→Provide leadership and direction to Restaurant Managers, Bar Managers, Banqueting leaders, In Room Dining leaders, and outlet management teams
→Drive exceptional guest satisfaction and service standards across all dining and beverage experiences
→Lead, coach, and develop Food and Beverage leaders and their teams
→Monitor outlet performance and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction, profitability, and operational efficiency
→Support forecasting, budgeting, labour management, and cost control initiatives
→Drive beverage and food revenue through commercial strategies, guest engagement, and upselling initiatives
→Work closely with Culinary, Rooms, Sales, Marketing, and Finance teams to ensure seamless operations
→Maintain accountability for Forbes, LQA, and Four Seasons brand standards
→Support recruitment, succession planning, talent development, and performance management processes
→Participate in Duty Manager coverage and property leadership responsibilities as required
→Identify opportunities for innovation, operational enhancement, and service excellence

Previous senior Food and Beverage leadership experience within a luxury hotel environment
Experience overseeing multiple outlets and service styles
Strong leadership and people development skills
Exceptional guest service and relationship building abilities
Commercial awareness with experience managing budgets, forecasting, and financial performance
Strong understanding of luxury restaurant, bar, banqueting, and in room dining operations
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to motivate teams and drive a high performance culture
Experience working with Forbes and luxury service standards is advantageous
Passion for hospitality and delivering memorable guest experiences
