FRAMECAD is seeking an experienced Marketing Coordinator to join our team.

What we are looking for

The Marketing Coordinator is the support engine of the marketing team — owning the administration, systems, and coordination that keep everything running.

This role is critical to the smooth delivery of our global tradeshow programme and our customer co-marketing programme (FRAMECAD Connect), as well as supporting the Head of Marketing and broader team with day-to-day marketing tasks.

It’s a role for someone who thrives on variety, takes ownership without being prompted, and genuinely cares about delivering a great experience for customers and colleagues alike.


Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate global tradeshows and events from planning through to post-event follow-up.
  • Maintain the tradeshow and events calendar, including deadlines, job codes, and online updates.
  • Work with regional teams to deliver event promotion, stand assets, collateral, and logistics.
  • Ensure event leads are captured in HubSpot and entered into relevant nurture programmes.
  • Prepare post-event reporting on outcomes, lead generation, and return on investment.
  • Manage onboarding and ongoing support for customers in the FRAMECAD Connect co-marketing programme.
  • Keep FRAMECAD Connect resources and website content current, accurate, and well organised.
  • Maintain relevant sections of the FRAMECAD website, including tradeshow and partner content.
  • Manage marketing administration, including purchase orders, invoices, GL coding, and document organisation.
  • Provide day-to-day support to the Head of Marketing, global marketing team, and customer-facing teams.



Skills and Experience

  • At least 2 years’ experience in a marketing coordination, events administration, or similar role.
  • Proven experience coordinating B2B tradeshows or events, including logistics and cross-regional collaboration.
  • Strong administrative skills, including purchase orders, invoice processing, and budget tracking.
  • Experience using CRM and digital marketing platforms, ideally HubSpot.
  • Confidence working with SharePoint or similar content and document management systems.
  • Highly organised, with strong attention to detail and a process-driven approach.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work across cultures and time zones.
  • Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to take ownership and follow through.
  • Adaptable and collaborative, with a willingness to support a fast-moving global team.
  • Relevant qualification in marketing, communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
