As an Anti-Fraud Manager, you will be leading a team responsible for designing and maintaining automated trading abuse monitoring solutions. The role focuses on real-time exposure control, execution risk monitoring, and analytical tooling in a high-frequency trading environment.
Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of risk analysts and developers working on automated risk and monitoring solutions.
- Act as a subject-matter expert and escalation point for complex trading issues.
- Design, oversee, and continuously improve analytical models to identify abnormal trading behavior.
- Work closely with the Dealing department to align automated risk control processes with operational workflows.
- Lead the enhancement of risk policies, limits, and control frameworks.
Requirements:
- Experience with risk analytics and automated control systems
- Strong knowledge of Forex markets and dealing desk operations
- Experience working with real-time market and trading data
- Proficiency in data analysis and automation tools (e.g., Python, SQL) would be considered a big plus
- Team leadership and mentoring capability
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- An analytical mindset with high attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced trading environment
- English – professional working proficiency
