- Collaborate closely with the founder to execute strategic initiatives and drive company growth.
- Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies tailored for Gen Z candidates.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities within the staffing and recruiting industry.
- Support the management of client relationships and help in expanding the company's network within GTM teams.
- Participate in the creation and refinement of operational processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements

- Strong interest in staffing and recruiting, with a passion for connecting Gen Z talent to go-to-market roles.
