As an IT Project Intern in the Commercial space, you will collaborate with PepsiCo Canada’s Customer and Go-To-Market teams to support end-to-end project delivery. Responsibilities include requirements gathering, process modernization, and enabling innovative solutions.

This role will be split into two main focus areas: IT project coordination and enabling digital tools and capabilities:

• →IT Project Coordination (Primary Focus)
• →Support the development and execution of project plans, including monitoring progress, tracking schedules, and managing dependencies, issues, and risks
• →Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, status reports, and dashboards
• →Partner with business stakeholders to gather, clarify, and document requirements, scope, and project objectives
• →Collaborate with development teams and external vendors during the build and delivery phases to provide requirements clarification, feedback, and alignment
• →Lead the development and execution of User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including creation of test cases and maintenance of traceability matrices
• →Support project go‑live activities, including troubleshooting, stakeholder coordination, and resolution management
• →Digital Tools & Capabilities (Secondary Focus)
• →Support business stakeholders in testing and delivering digital tools and technologies to enhance insights, reporting, and decision-making.

• Motivated learner enrolled in a Business, Finance, Mathematics, Engineering, or IT‑related program
• Previous work experience as an IT or Business Analyst, Project Coordinator, or similar role preferred
• Exposure to Agile and/or hybrid delivery methodologies
• Strong communication and organizational skills, including multitasking and effective time management
• Strong skills in developing presentations and reports
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and knowledge of SQL required
• Experience in analytics from conception to delivery an asset
• Working experience with dashboarding (e.g., Business Objects, Power BI) is an asset
• Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and able to build collaborative relationships!
