Enterprise Risk Management

Develop, strategize, and facilitate the execution of risk management programs and initiatives

Perform review and enhancement of Risk Management policies and procedures

Fulfillment of risk management regulatory requirement

Perform risk management implementation monitoring and provide advisory to relevant stakeholders

Maintain communication and collaboration with the three lines and manage other relevant stakeholders to keep abreast with key risk matters and promote risk awareness

Promote risk culture through training and communications

Minimum bachelor’s degree in any discipline, with minimum 10 years of experience in enterprise risk management in bank or non-bank financial services companies (including financial technology). Several years of experience as an auditor and/or consultant (handling financial service companies) in a big 4 public accounting firm is an advantage.

Strong hands on experience in BI and/or OJK regulatory requirements fulfillment in risk management area

Savvy in payment and lending business model, operations, risks, and controls.

Good proficiency in English, both written and verbal

Proactive, assertive, and possess good stakeholder management

Excellent attention to detail with the ability to produce holistic picture risk insight

Professional certification such as FRM and CIA is an advantage
