About the Role:
As a HubSpot Marketing Automation Manager, you will manage our automation strategy, with a primary focus on HubSpot. You will be responsible for building, testing and analyzing workflows, setting up and executing lead scoring and engagement programs directly in HubSpot. You own the marketing data, including database hygiene and segmentation, to maximize new client identification and renewals for existing clients using HubSpot, Zoominfo, or an equivalent marketing automation system. Your role directly contributes to the company's pipeline growth and client retention through data-driven marketing efforts.
Your responsibilities shall include:
- Build, grow, and maintain our lead database in HubSpot
- Develop and manage HubSpot lead scoring models to prioritize high-value prospects
- Architect automated HubSpot workflows for lead conversion, enrichment, qualification, deals and customers
- Building and maintaining dashboards for sales, marketing, and leadership. Analyzing funnel and pipeline performance, identifying trends, and supporting MBRs/QBRs with clear data and visualizations
- Using HubSpot as an advanced user, creating reports, ensuring high data quality, and helping the team use dashboards correctly
- Act as the first contact point to support the marketing team in all marketing automation matters
- Support other departments connected to the marketing automation platform, such as sales, product, and others
- Analyze automation and email campaign performance metrics to inform data-driven decisions and maximize campaign ROI
- Stay informed about industry trends and emerging platforms to drive innovation in marketing automation strategies
As the ideal candidate, you will have:
- Administration-level skills in HubSpot, Zoominfo, and other marketing platforms
- Understanding of CAN-SPAM laws, GDPR, content creation, list management and targeting, and automation of sequences and workflows
- Excellent understanding of B2B marketing best practices in managing global campaigns, workflows, lead nurturing, and segmentation
- Strong understanding of how to use email, webinars, websites, and social media (and other content sources) within an integrated demand generation approach
- Familiarity with analytics tools like Google Analytics (GA4), HubSpot Analytics, or other BI tools for data visualization
- Familiarity with AI-driven marketing tools for predictive analysis and enhanced personalization
