About the Role
~1 min readAs Head of School, you will serve as the leader of the campus community, guiding the vision, supporting and developing staff, building strong relationships with families, and ensuring an exceptional educational experience for every child.
We’re looking for a dynamic and people-centered leader who can balance strategy, operations, enrollment growth, and team development while cultivating a warm, joyful, and high-performing school culture.
- Lead and inspire the campus team through strong coaching, communication, and support
- Build a positive school culture rooted in collaboration, professionalism, and care
- Develop and execute strategic plans to support enrollment growth and school success
- Partner with families to create a strong, engaged school community
- Ensure classrooms consistently deliver high-quality Montessori education
- Oversee campus operations and manage the school budget responsibly
- Recruit, hire, develop, and retain exceptional educators and staff
- Collaborate with school leadership partners to meet enrollment and retention goals

Requirements
~1 min read- Experience teaching in an early childhood education setting
- Experience as a School Director, Program Director, Admissions Director, Administrative Director, or similar leadership role in a preschool or early learning environment
- Familiarity with Montessori education and/or Montessori certification
- Step 9 or higher in the Oregon Registry
OR - At least one year of experience managing or supervising adults, combined with knowledge of child development
