We are a team of 60 hungry, ambitious & hard working individuals and are adding more people to the team who share our desire to leave a lasting impact on humanity.
  • Drive full-cycle recruitment for tech & non-tech roles - sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and hiring execution.
  • Build and maintain candidate pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, headhunting, and passive sourcing.
  • Manage interview scheduling and communication with candidates and hiring teams.
  • Maintain data and candidate records in Lever ATS accurately.
  • Partner with stakeholders to understand role requirements and deliver timely hiring outcomes.
  • Cold call and cold email several outbound candidates in addition to pipeline management.
  • Consistent delivery of quality hires within timelines for assigned roles.
  • Healthy pipeline and reduced time-to-fill through proactive sourcing.
  • Clear communication and smooth coordination across teams and candidates.
  • ATS data is accurate, up-to-date, and used to derive insights for process improvements.
  • 2 - 4 years of recruiting experience with hands-on sourcing, screening, interview coordination.
  • Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, passive sourcing, headhunting.
  • Comfortable using an ATS (preferably Lever) for tracking and reporting hiring metrics.
  • Strong communicator with excellent stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment and a data-driven mindset.
