Logistics Assistant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics Assistant to support our supply chain operations. This is a remote role ideal for someone with hands-on experience in sea and air logistics who can manage shipments, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure timely delivery. The ideal candidate will be focusing on cost optimization and minimizing delays in our supply chain processes. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient flow of goods and materials, contributing to the overall success of our logistics operations.

  Coordinate and track international shipments via sea and air freight

  Prepare and review shipping documents (e.g., invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, airway bills)

• →

  Liaise with freight forwarders, carriers, and customs agents

• →

  Monitor shipment status and proactively resolve delays or issues

• →

  Maintain accurate logistics records and update internal systems

• →

  Assist in cost tracking and logistics reporting

• →

  Ensure compliance with international shipping regulations and company policies

• Proven experience in logistics and supply chain management.

• Practical experience in sea and air freight operations

• Someone with experience in international logistics.

• Familiarity with import/export documentation and procedures

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

• Experience in export/import from Asia to Europe and familiarity with Incoterms and the whole logistics chain process are a plus.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.

• Proficient in logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite.
