We are hiring a Acquisition & User Growth Specialist to our Marketing team in Buenos Aires!
The Acquisition & User Growth Specialist is responsible for driving regional acquisition and monetization initiatives with a strategic and analytical approach. This role oversees the documentation of user journeys for several segments (Eligibles, Members, Churned Subs, and Subscribers - Plan upgrades), support the regional campaigns and promotions, identifying strategic opportunities through data-driven insights.
As a regional growth specialist in SS-LATAM (Argentina, Chile and Mexico), it is expected that you work identifying local opportunities to increase the paid subscription conversion, benching market competitors, marketing campaigns focused on local clients and partners, and stakeholders cross-functional work for regional and global initiatives.
- User Journey tests and documentation: Working together with the Global CRM team to document the regional journeys for our main audiences ( Eligible, Member, Digital Subscribers, and Churned Subscribers audiences).
- Promotions and Global Initiatives: Manage, execute and support global promotions and initiatives focused to acquisition and monetization audiences. Also oversee and manage global campaigns, coordinating with key stakeholders, such as Wellbeing Engagement, Program Management, Brand, and other areas.
- Regional Campaign Execution:
- Create, execute, manage and support SS-Latam regional campaigns or initiatives, ensuring agile end-to-end execution from planning to campaign launch.
- Monitor campaign results, optimize performance, and capture learnings to refine future strategies.
- Document the regional learnings and share them to SS stakeholders.
- Cross-Functional Initiative:
- Act as the point of contact for SS-Latam initiatives with the global user growth team and other regional key stakeholders ( WE, CS, PMM, VM, and more).
- Drive complex initiatives that span multiple clients, markets, or regions, ensuring alignment with overall strategic and revenue goals.
- Data-Driven Strategic Opportunities:
- Apply analytical skills to identify regional opportunities using product and marketing data.
- Leverage digital marketing expertise to enhance the user growth strategy and support monetization efforts.
- EBM Flow Ownership:
- Oversee, test, optimize, and scale Event Based Marketing (EBM) and ongoing flows for the SS region.
- Secure regional buy-in for rollouts and improvements.
- CRO and Best Practices Development:
- Identify, document, and scale Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) best practices including CTA, templates, visuals, and messaging lengths.
- Ensure consistency in playbooks for acquisition campaigns based on global experimentation and regional insights.
- SS Regional Experimentation:
- Design and propose regional tests and campaigns to Argentina, Mexico and Chile, balancing a global strategic vision with regional nuances.
- Innovate and problem-solve by testing hypotheses locally and scaling successful initiatives globally.

- Strategic and analytical mindset with a deep understanding of acquisition, monetization, and digital marketing principles.
- Hands-on experience with CRM (emails, push, in-app, WhatsApp, and SMS), lifecycle marketing, marketing automation platforms, and data analysis techniques.
- Familiarity with global and regional campaign management, experimentation, and CRO methodologies.
- Demonstrated success in managing and executing global and regional marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Proven track record in project management, strategic planning, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Experience in following and developing playbooks, documentation, and reporting frameworks that drive continuous improvement.
- Experience in CRM campaigns end-to-end execution. Braze knowledge will be considered a plus.
