We are hiring a Senior Frontend Software Engineer in our Data Insights team in Brazil! This is a Remote – Brazil position, meaning you can work from anywhere within the country. Please note that this role is only open to candidates in Brazil.

On the Data & Insights team, we turn Wellhub's performance and financial data into the story our clients need to prove and grow the value of their wellness program. Our mission is to give every client — from HR managers to executive sponsors — a clear, trustworthy view of how their investment in Wellhub is performing, so they can make confident decisions about renewal, expansion, and program design.

We are responsible for the entire client-facing data experience: from the pipelines and data models that guarantee accuracy at scale, to the reports, dashboards, and AI-powered insights that surface what matters most, in the format each client needs. We look forward to building increasingly self-service and intelligent tools — from natural-language querying to predictive and prescriptive insights — so clients spend less time hunting for data and more time acting on it.

• Plan, develop, deliver, test, deploy, maintain, and improve solutions working with a cross-functional team;
• Drive technical decisions and architecture for front-end initiatives, evaluating trade-offs and long-term maintainability;
• Write maintainable code and tests, and review code from peers, ensuring consistency, quality, and adherence to best practices;
• Take part in incident resolution and troubleshooting in the production environment, as well as in writing useful and critical post-mortems;
• Work in a collaborative and agile environment that prioritises people over process and is laser-focused on productivity;
• Guide and mentor fellow front-end developers on the team, contributing to the definition of best practices and the engineering evolution roadmap, with influence beyond your own squad;
• Live the mission: inspire and empower others by genuinely caring for your own wellbeing and your colleagues. Bring wellbeing to the forefront of work, and create a supportive environment where everyone feels comfortable taking care of themselves, taking time off, and finding work-life wellness.

• Extensive experience with the ReactJS ecosystem, including TypeScript;
• Experience with automated, unit, and behavioural testing of React components;
• Software quality and test automation mindset;
• Experience with monitoring and observability of front-end applications;
• Solid knowledge of front-end performance optimization;
• Experience working with or evolving a design system and component libraries;
• Experienced in developing front-end based on RESTful APIs, collaborating with back-end teams to create mocks, define payloads, and follow best practices for HTTP;
• Good understanding of how a browser works behind the scenes;
• Familiarity with NodeJS and the Backend For Frontend (BFF) pattern;
• Knowledge of GraphQL is nice to have;
• Strong business-oriented mindset, working closely and collaboratively on product definition and evolution;
• An engineer with intermediate or advanced proficiency in English.
