We are hiring a VP of Client Sales for our Client Sales team in Buenos Aires (AR) or Mexico City (MX!
As the VP of Enterprise, you will be the primary driver of revenue growth and retention at the country level. You will lead the Enterprise Sales, Client Success, Wellbeing Engagement and channel partners teams directly, while serving as the strategic glue for all other verticals. You are not just a sales leader; you are a cultural ambassador and a key external voice for the brand.
- Direct Leadership: Manage and scale the Enterprise Client Sales, Client Success, Wellbeing Engagement and Channel partner departments.
- Cross-Functional Orchestration: Lead all other verticals indirectly to ensure seamless cross-department collaboration and a unified regional strategy.
- Region Ambassadorship: Act as the primary internal and external reference point (including PR and media) to champion cross-functional topics and maintain a strong team spirit.
- Strategic Alignment: Raise and lead critical topics across all verticals to ensure the country’s operations remain culturally aligned and commercially focused.value proposition (EVP).
- Participate in strategic planning discussions, offering insights for future company growth.
- Partner with the PR team to act as an external spokesperson for Wellhub.
- Live the mission: inspire and empower others by genuinely caring for your own wellbeing and your colleagues. Bring wellbeing to the forefront of work, and create a supportive environment where everyone feels comfortable taking care of themselves, taking time off, and finding work-life wellness.
- Bachelor’s degree. MBA is a plus.
- Track record of sales and success in managing large client portfolios, leading Directors, and engaging with C-level stakeholders in complex environments. Connections in the HR spectrum and/ or b2b experience across latin america specially in Argentina and Mexico.
- Senior Executive with 10 to 20 years of experience, including at least one leadership role of 5+ years with proven strategic and financial impact.
- Experience working with or within large-scale organizations, such as financial institutions, global consultancies, or multinational corporations.
- Exceptional communicator and strategic thinker, capable of operating with influence and credibility in boardrooms, executive committees, and external forums.
- Fluent English is mandatory.
