Job Overview:

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Client Support Services Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and their experience with HealthBay is positive and seamless.

Key Responsibilities:

- Serve as the first point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries and providing information about our services

- Schedule appointments and maintain accurate records of client interactions

- Coordinate with healthcare providers to ensure timely and efficient delivery of services to clients

- Handle and resolve client complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner

- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth and efficient client experience

- Maintain knowledge of company policies, procedures, and services to effectively assist clients

- Continuously identify opportunities to improve client satisfaction and make recommendations for process improvements

- Keep accurate records of client interactions and maintain confidentiality of all client information

- Provide administrative support as needed, including data entry and filing documents

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or client support role

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong organizational and time-management skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM software is a plus

- Knowledge of healthcare industry and medical terminology is preferred

- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
