HealthBay is a leading healthcare provider in the region, offering a wide range of medical services to our patients. We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated CRM Systems Specialist to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis.
As a CRM Systems Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our customer relationship management (CRM) system. This includes ensuring the system is up-to-date, accurate, and meets the needs of our organization. You will work closely with our marketing and sales teams to identify and implement strategies to improve customer engagement and retention.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the CRM system, including data entry, data cleaning, and system updates
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to identify and implement strategies to improve customer engagement and retention
- Develop and maintain data quality standards and procedures to ensure the accuracy and completeness of customer data
- Regularly analyze and report on CRM data to provide insights and recommendations for improving customer satisfaction and retention
- Train and support staff on CRM system usage and best practices
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in CRM technology to continuously improve our system and processes
- Collaborate with IT and other departments to integrate the CRM system with other business systems and processes
- Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and maintain the security and confidentiality of customer data
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in CRM system management, preferably in the healthcare industry
- Strong understanding of CRM principles and best practices
- Experience with CRM software, such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or Oracle CRM
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets
- Proven ability to work collaboratively and effectively with cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
