Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Analyze video performance data across YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and other social video platforms to identify opportunities for audience growth and engagement.
- →Develop and maintain recurring reports, dashboards, and performance tracking tools that provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
- →Identify trends, patterns, and performance drivers across content formats, topics, and publishing strategies.
- →Recommend data-informed optimizations to improve content performance, audience retention, and platform growth.
- →Partner with video, editorial, social, and audience development teams to support strategic decision-making and content planning.
- →Monitor platform updates, industry developments, and emerging social video trends to inform reporting and recommendations.
- →Support testing and experimentation initiatives by measuring results and identifying best practices for future content strategies.
- →Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of reporting across platforms and analytics tools.
Requirements
~1 min read- 2+ years of experience in analytics, digital media, social media performance analysis, or a related field.
- Experience analyzing performance across social video platforms, including YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets and uncover meaningful insights.
- Proficiency with data analysis and reporting tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, or similar platforms.
- Experience using analytics platforms such as YouTube Analytics, Meta Insights, TikTok Analytics, or comparable tools.
- Ability to translate data into clear, actionable recommendations for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong communication, presentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Passion for digital media, audience behavior, and emerging social video trends.
- Experience building dashboards or automated reporting solutions is preferred.
- This role is based in New York City and follows a hybrid schedule with an expectation of four days per week in the office.
