• →Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)
• →Provide routine structure and daily guidance
• →Offer motivation and redirection when needed
• →Ensure safety and supervision throughout the day
• →Provide companionship and emotional support

• →Monday – Friday
• →6:30 AM – 5:30 PM (Full-day shifts)

• Experience with early-stage dementia care
• Patient, calm, and skilled in redirection techniques
• Reliable and able to commit to full-day weekday shifts
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to encourage independence while ensuring safety

This role is ideal for a helper who understands how to balance independence with support, using positive reinforcement and patience to help the client stay engaged and on routine.
