• →Perform advanced maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of hotel systems and equipment
• →Diagnose and resolve complex HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing, and electrical issues
• →Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
• →Monitor and maintain building automation and energy management systems
• →Perform preventive maintenance on critical building infrastructure
• →Coordinate and oversee outside contractors and vendors when necessary
• →Conduct facility inspections and identify opportunities for improvement
• →Assist with emergency response and after-hours building issues
• →Ensure compliance with safety standards, lockout/tagout procedures, and company policies
• →Maintain accurate maintenance records and work orders
• →Serve as a technical mentor and trainer for Engineering I and II team members
• →Support department leadership in maintaining operational excellence throughout the property

• Hotel, commercial, healthcare, institutional, or large facility maintenance experience
• Multiple technical certifications in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, refrigeration, pool operations, boilers, or related trades
• Experience with Building Management Systems (BMS) or Direct Digital Controls (DDC)
• Strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills
• Ability to work independently and make sound operational decisions
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
• Demonstrated commitment to safety, professionalism, and continuous improvement

• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 75 pounds
• Ability to climb ladders, work in mechanical spaces, and perform physical labor
• Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and climb for extended periods
