Core Responsibilities
Accounting & Loan Processing Support
Provide operational support for financial tracking and loan processing activities.
Responsibilities include:
Entering and maintaining financial data within the loan management system
Monitoring and posting loan draws and payments while ensuring data accuracy
Assisting with financial reconciliations in coordination with the accounting team
Supporting documentation and record maintenance related to loan trades
Participating in weekly accounting and servicing coordination meetings
Communication & Internal Coordination
Ensure smooth coordination between teams involved in loan servicing operations.
Responsibilities include:
Collaborating with servicing, accounting, construction, and sales teams
Providing regular updates on assigned tasks and operational progress
Seeking clarification when necessary to maintain workflow accuracy
Supporting cross-team communication to ensure efficient loan processing
Construction & Loan Documentation Support
Assist with documentation management related to construction loan activities.
Responsibilities include:
Maintaining organized records for the construction department
Uploading loan information into construction management platforms
Supporting documentation access for operational and capital markets teams
Qualifications & Requirements
Experience in loan servicing, financial operations, or administrative support roles
Strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling financial data
Familiarity with loan servicing or mortgage management software (experience with The Mortgage Office is a strong advantage)
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage documentation and maintain structured records
Comfortable coordinating with multiple teams across departments
Ability to work independently while maintaining reliability and accountability
Adaptability to evolving operational processes and systems
