Accounts payable entry professional

Process accounting transactions for Accounts Payable (AP) in a complete, accurate and timely manner while ensuring compliance with internal guidelines and procedures and external regulatory requirements.

• Processes Accounts Payable transactions, ensuring accurate tracking and processing.
• Performs necessary activities within the Accounts Payable area to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
• Executes analysis and reports as assigned and takes appropriate action as necessary.
• Complies with and helps achieve Internal Control over Financial Reporting compliance in Accounts Payable for applicable templates. Participate in internal control testing and prepare relevant documentation.
• Assists in developing and implementing processes and procedures and continuously optimizes to gain efficiency and drive productivity gains.
• Ensures effective communication with all relevant stakeholders to maximize customer satisfaction.
• Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field is preferred.
• 1 to 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Hands-on experience in Accounts Payable with a good understanding of accounting principles and processes.
• Flexibility to work in rotational shifts as per business requirements.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English are essential.
• Demonstrates effective use of AI and digital tools to enhance problem-solving, decision-making, and productivity, while applying sound judgment, ensuring accuracy and compliance, and maintaining accountability for outcomes.
