- Subscription and License Management: Oversee the administration of all Master Concept Group subscriptions and software licenses, ensuring compliance and optimizing costs.
- Micellaneous Office and Facility Management: Maintain and ensure that all meeting room facilities, including A/V and conferencing equipment are in good working order; including but not limited to setting up conferencing facilities for meetings, monthly townhalls meeting and training requirements
- General Internal IT Support: Provide comprehensive IT support for all internal staff, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues to maintain productivity.
- Hong Kong Office IT Infrastructure: Oversee the maintenance and management of the Hong Kong office's IT infrastructure, ensuring its reliability, security, and performance.
