This role sits within Hudl's Strategic Partnerships team and is responsible for the operational execution of League Exchange partnerships across Club and High School markets. This role owns the accuracy and maintenance of partner exchanges, Salesforce data, and usage reporting that keep the broader partnerships team running efficiently. Working closely with a collaborative and fast-moving partnerships team, this person plays a key role in supporting a growing and dynamic partner portfolio across multiple sports and seasons.

Responsibilities

  • Own the day-to-day management of League Exchange partnerships across Club and High School markets, including importing and updating schedules, maintaining team naming standards, and ensuring exchange accuracy for top partners.
  • Maintain Salesforce records for leagues and associations, including adding new partners and updating existing entries to support accurate revenue tracking across the portfolio
  • Track and report on exchange usage metrics, including weekly upload checks for priority partners and end-of-season performance summaries for partner associations.
  • Collaborate with the Partnerships Operations team on internal workflows and data quality initiatives, working primarily in Salesforce, Excel, and Google Sheets to support a growing and evolving partner portfolio.
  • Graduate
  • Prior experience in a service environment
  • An equivalent combination of education and experience to successfully perform the job duties and responsibilities. 
  • Experience working with cross-cultural remote teams. Our team is currently spread across the U.S., and your remote collaboration skills and cross-cultural understanding will be essential to adapt to Hudl’s culture.
  • English language proficiency.  Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage high volumes of work accurately and on schedule.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, Excel, and Google Sheets.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a fast-moving, cross-functional team.
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and adapting quickly as partner needs and priorities shift.
