Responsibilities

→Minimum of 15 years in chiller/HVAC maintenance, mechanical engineering, or related technical fields.
→Demonstrated success in managing technical teams and service operations.
→Strong hands-on experience with large tonnage chillers and HVAC systems.
→Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills; ability to collaborate across departments.
→Committed to delivering high-quality service and building lasting client relationships.
→EPA certification and other relevant HVAC licenses are required.
→Must be able to pass a DOT medical exam.
→Experience with service management software and remote diagnostics tools.
→Willingness to travel regionally as needed.

Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
Frequent standing, walking, bending, and climbing ladders or stairs.
Occasional operation of hand and power tools.
Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) as required on job sites.
Ability to work in confined spaces and at heights when necessary.
Must be able to respond to emergency service calls outside of standard business hours when needed.
