Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Minimum of 15 years in chiller/HVAC maintenance, mechanical engineering, or related technical fields.
- →Demonstrated success in managing technical teams and service operations.
- →Strong hands-on experience with large tonnage chillers and HVAC systems.
- →Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills; ability to collaborate across departments.
- →Committed to delivering high-quality service and building lasting client relationships.
- →EPA certification and other relevant HVAC licenses are required.
- →Must be able to pass a DOT medical exam.
- →Experience with service management software and remote diagnostics tools.
- →Willingness to travel regionally as needed.

- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Frequent standing, walking, bending, and climbing ladders or stairs.
- Occasional operation of hand and power tools.
- Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) as required on job sites.
- Ability to work in confined spaces and at heights when necessary.
- Must be able to respond to emergency service calls outside of standard business hours when needed.
