Today, this role combines reporting, systems administration, data quality and customer coordination.

• Detailed-focused that matters: This role is hands-on and in the detail. You’ll work across database maintenance, operational reporting, and customer workflows that directly impact delivery  

• Ownership Early: You’ll quickly become a trusted part of a critical customer-facing function supporting one of our largest US customers. 

• Complexity: This role combines operational coordination, data handling, customer communication, troubleshooting and process improvement in a fast-moving environment where accuracy matters.
