Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Input and organize location-specific data from inspections, including details on lighting and compliance status, into spreadsheets
- →Maintain organized property folders (Q2 & Q4) on the server for location compliance
- →Manage raw inspection data (photos, outage diagrams) from various inspectors across all quarters
- Cross-reference inspection data with location-specific specifications to identify discrepancies or issues that need to be addressed
- Run and analyze reports within the work order system to track the completion of tasks and highlight areas for follow-up
- Flag missed details or incomplete work for further action and ensure proper follow-up
- Ensure that all work orders and locations are up to date and that any necessary replacements or changes are clearly documented
- Compile monthly reports to keep stakeholders informed of the status of ongoing work and compliance audits
- Communicate effectively with team members and external inspectors to ensure data accuracy and completion of assigned tasks
Requirements

- Junior project managers are encouraged to apply
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, OneDrive, Adobe, and Dropbox
- Exceptional organizational skills with a high level of computer literacy
- Strong critical thinking skills for data analysis and task management
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English
- Must be compatible with working in the Central Time Zone
- Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain a high level of attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
- 40 hours per week would be standard Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- You have a strong background in operations or data management
- You are familiar with the processes of project coordination or compliance
- You have experience working with spreadsheets and data systems
- You are highly organized, proactive, and can work independently
- You are comfortable communicating with team members to ensure tasks are completed
