About the Role
~1 min readWe are seeking a highly skilled and self-sufficient Media Buyer – Paid Ads Specialist to drive lead generation and patient acquisition through paid advertising campaigns.
This is more than a campaign management role. The ideal candidate will focus on generating qualified leads that convert into booked discovery visits, not simply increasing form submissions. You will work closely with the marketing team to plan, launch, track, and optimize campaigns across Google and Meta platforms while ensuring accurate attribution and funnel performance.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- Plan, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns across:
- Google Ads
- Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- Continuously optimize campaigns based on performance data and conversion outcomes
- Conduct ongoing testing to improve lead quality and reduce acquisition costs
- Independently build and manage tracking systems, including:
- Google Tag Manager (GTM)
- GA4
- Meta Pixel + Conversions API (CAPI)
- Google Ads conversion tracking
- Develop and maintain a structured UTM tracking framework
- Ensure accurate attribution across all paid media campaigns
- Create and optimize landing pages and lead capture forms
- Identify and troubleshoot funnel bottlenecks from:
- Ad → Lead → Booked Appointment → Show Rate
- Improve conversion rates through data-driven optimizations
- Monitor campaign performance daily
- Deliver clear, actionable reports tied to business outcomes
- Provide strategic recommendations based on campaign insights and trends
Requirements
~1 min read- Proven experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns for lead generation in service-based businesses
- Strong hands-on experience with:
- Google Tag Manager
- GA4
- Meta Pixel & Conversions API (CAPI)
- Ability to independently implement and manage tracking systems without relying on developers
- Strong understanding of:
- Lead quality vs. lead volume
- Conversion-focused optimization
- Full-funnel performance analysis
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Highly analytical, organized, and detail-oriented
Requirements

- Familiarity with Looker Studio dashboards
- Experience tracking booked appointments and consultations
- Background in healthcare, wellness, or local service-based businesses
- Your experience is primarily in e-commerce advertising
- You focus mainly on CTR, CPC, or CPM instead of conversion outcomes
