Qualifications

- Strong familiarity with LinkedIn, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and TikTok ad platforms.
- Ability to analyze data, create performance reports, and offer actionable insights.
- Keen eye for detail in campaign management and reporting.
- Ability to work with video and other dynamic content to maximize ad engagement.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present data and insights clearly.
- Ability to work independently, as the sole employee managing paid social campaigns (with support from the broader team).
Compensation
$1,500 - $2,500 per month, paid in USD depending on experience.
