Security Guard

IIQAF Group is seeking a vigilant and professional Security Guard in Doha to ensure the safety and security of our hospitality facilities. The ideal candidate will have experience in patrolling, monitoring premises, access control, safety compliance, and emergency response in hotels, resorts, or other hospitality settings.

• →Monitor and patrol assigned areas to ensure safety and security of guests, staff, and property
• →Control access to facilities and verify credentials of visitors
• →Respond promptly to incidents, emergencies, or alarms
• →Maintain logs and reports of daily activities and irregularities
• →Enforce company policies and safety regulations
• →Assist in evacuation procedures and emergency drills
• →Coordinate with hotel management and law enforcement when required
• →Provide excellent guest service while maintaining security protocols
• →Conduct regular inspections of premises and security equipment

• Proven experience as Security Guard, Hotel Security Officer, or Hospitality Security Staff
• Knowledge of Qatar security regulations and safety procedures
• Ability to respond to emergencies calmly and efficiently
• Strong observation and communication skills
• Professional appearance and conduct
• Ability to work in shifts including nights, weekends, and public holidays
• Valid Qatar Security License is an advantage
• Immediate availability preferred
