Immunome is a clinical-stage targeted oncology company committed to developing first-in-class and best-in-class targeted cancer therapies. We are advancing an innovative portfolio of therapeutics, supported by a leadership team with deep experience in the design, development, and commercialization of cutting-edge therapies, including antibody-drug conjugates. Our pipeline includes varegacestat, an investigational gamma secretase inhibitor for which an NDA has been submitted to the U.S. FDA; IM-1021, a clinical-stage ROR1 ADC; IM-3050, an IND-cleared FAP-targeted radiotherapy; and IM-1617, an IND-cleared solid tumor ADC. We are also advancing a broad portfolio of early-stage ADCs pursuing undisclosed solid tumor targets.

Immunome is seeking a Senior Director, U.S. Market Development to lead and provide strategic direction for commercial market development activities in preparation for the potential launch of varegacestat in desmoid tumors. This role will be responsible for shaping the U.S. commercial and clinical landscape ahead of launch by building strategic relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), generating actionable market insights, and translating those insights into launch strategy. The Senior Director will ensure the U.S. market is informed, aligned, and ready for varegacestat at approval.

As a senior member of the U.S. Commercial organization, this individual will partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Market Access, Medical Affairs, Clinical Development, and HEOR to ensure launch plans are grounded in real-world insights and reflect the evolving treatment paradigm in desmoid tumors. The mission of this role is to help position varegacestat for strong adoption by establishing Immunome as a trusted commercial and scientific partner within the U.S. desmoid tumor community.
