Documentation Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled professional to manage both functional safety and cyber security for our Automotive Microcontroller department. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and maintaining comprehensive cyber security and ideally also functional safety requirements for our microcontroller products, ensuring compliance with ISO 21434 and ISO 26262 standards. Your Role Key responsibilities in your new role * Ensure compliance with ISO 21434 and ISO 26262 standards, as well as other relevant regulations and industry standards (e.g. IEC 61508). * Implement cyber security and functional safety strategies, policies and procedures for the ATV Microcontroller department. * Be main contact partner for internal & external Security & Safety audits & assessments. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including hardware and software development, concept, design and verification to integrate safety and security into product development and operations. * Manage and maintain cyber security and functional safety management systems, including documentation and records for microcontroller products. You strive for continuous improvement and promote an awareness for quality in your area of work. * You are best equipped for this task if you have: * A technical degree in electrical engineering, microelectronics, physics or a related field * Minimum 5 years of experience in functional safety and/or cyber security, preferably in the automotive industry * Strong knowledge of ISO 21434 and ISO 26262 standards, as well as other relevant industry standards and regulations * Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and preferably also in German * Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels * Experience with microcontroller products and automotive systems is a plus Nice to Have: * Certifications in cyber security and/or functional safety * Experience with agile development methodologies * Knowledge of automotive-specific safety and security threats and vulnerabilities * Experience with threat modeling, risk assessment, and mitigation strategies Contact: Vidya.KanakapuraShankarnarayana@infineon.com #WeAreIn for driving decarbonization and digitalization.
