Your Role Key responsibilities in your new role * Accountable for project execution of Infineon Test Roadmap projects and segments test cell projects * Manage test technology project of different complexity classes (including project schedule planning, project budget, headcount, expenses, and invest) and execute according to Infineon project management systematic * Responsible for operational decisions in the project and for driving the milestone decisions at the project approval body * Work closely with cross functional project teams from various locations, to solve complex problems, and identify innovative solutions * Responsible for using project management tools and methods to structure projects, to control progress, to manage risks, and to manage changes * Liaisons with internal partners across various functions and regions, (e.g. from business division, operations, IT, R&D, etc) * Manages external partners in the project, specifically sub-contractors, and suppliers of equipment and materials * Delivers project success in timely manner, with transparency in project status and progress, as foundation of a trusted partnership with project customers and stakeholders Your Profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed * Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent field * Minimum 6 years of experience in relevant industry experience, and ideally with Semiconductor Test Technology exposure * Project Management knowledge and skill, with more than 4 years of experience leading cross-functional projects of significant complexity in an international environment, and preferably with IPMA certification * Technical knowledge and experience with Semiconductor packaging, assembly, final test, and all processes along the product life circle * Possesses good communication skills #WeAreIn for driving decarbonization and digitalization.
