Manage high-level administrative support efficiently to ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of the department. Your Role Key responsibilities in your new role * Operations: Order processing, delivery follow-up, vendor portfolio management, payment terms, Incoterms, etc. * Sourcing: New product and supplier sourcing, alternative sourcing, change management, etc. * Supplier Management: Supplier qualification and improvement, supplier evaluation, supplier audits, and vendor performance reviews, etc. * Contract Management: New contract creation, alignment, maintenance, and obsolescence management. * Supply Chain Management: Inventory management, consignment approach, STL, JIT, etc. * Purchasing Methods and Tools: SAP MM, SES, SIM, Softcon, SAP DMS, supplier strategy, negotiation, Tableau, KPI reporting, etc. Your Profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed * Degree/Master’s in Business Administration (BA), Economics, or Engineering with strong BA knowledge and experience. Preferably with a minimum of 1–3 years of experience in purchasing, business administration, or planning functions within a manufacturing environment. * Good knowledge of purchasing, business administration, and planning processes, tools, and methods. * Good interpersonal and negotiation skills are a prerequisite. * Good command of English is required.
