itD is seeking a Technical Program Manager III to lead the execution of complex, cross-functional data engineering programs supporting global legal and regulatory initiatives. This role plays a critical part in driving alignment between engineering, legal, and business teams, ensuring efficient delivery of scalable data solutions while improving operational workflows and program execution standards. The ideal candidate will bring deep experience in technical program management and data engineering environments and a proven track record of delivering cross-functional programs, stakeholder alignment, and process improvements at scale.

Responsibilities

→Lead execution of cross-functional programs supporting data engineering initiatives within legal and regulatory domains
→Define program scope, goals, success metrics, and delivery timelines across multiple workstreams
→Drive roadmap alignment across engineering, legal, and business stakeholders while managing dependencies
→Identify program risks early and implement mitigation strategies to ensure predictable delivery
→Track project progress, remove blockers, and ensure timely execution of deliverables
→Develop clear documentation, executive updates, and stakeholder communications for both technical and non-technical audiences
→Improve operational processes and program structures to increase efficiency and reduce iteration cycles
→Advocate for high-quality technical design and influence engineering best practices and system architecture decisions

→Collaborate with your itD practice team on industry thought leadership
→Complete client case studies and learning material (blogs, media material)
→Build out material to contribute to the Digital Transformation practice
→Attend internal itD networking events (in person and virtual)
→Work with leadership on career fast-track opportunities

Requirements

5–7 years of experience in Technical Program Management (TPM), preferably within data engineering environments
Proven experience managing cross-functional (XFN) programs involving engineering, legal, and business stakeholders
Strong program/project management skills including planning, tracking, and execution of complex initiatives
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience creating executive-level presentations and documentation
Experience managing tasks, sprints, and workflows across multiple teams
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to translate technical concepts into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders

Requirements

Experience working in eDiscovery, legal, compliance, privacy, cybersecurity, or other highly regulated environments
Exposure to interdisciplinary roles or non-traditional career paths (e.g., startups, multiple domains)
Experience leveraging AI tools to improve processes or automate workflows
Familiarity with large-scale data systems and pipeline delivery

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience required
