Customer Service - Automotive Technical Advisor

Job Overview: As a member of the Headquarters Customer Service Team, the Automotive Technical Advisor is primarily responsible for answering phone calls from customers having either warranty and/or technical issues.  In this role, you are troubleshooting technical issues that a mechanic may be having out in the field.  Therefore, it is imperative that you have an understanding and knowledge of gas and/or diesel engines and transmissions.  Experience diagnosing and repairing vehicles is required.    *NOTE: The Customer Service Automotive Technical Advisor is required to complete onsite training in Jasper, Indiana for a minimum of 6-8 weeks.
