## Your Responsibilities
As an Executive Administrative Assistant for JD World Headquarters located in Moline, IL, you will:
* Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior leaders, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel planning
* Coordinate and optimize leadership calendars across multiple stakeholders and priorities
* Facilitate communication and collaboration across teams to ensure alignment and execution of key activities
* Support team operations, including office logistics, workspace coordination, and event/meeting execution
* Prepare presentations, reports, and communications for leadership and organizational needs

## What Skills You Need
* Strong organizational and time management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills across all levels of the organization
* Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
* Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools (Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, Excel)
* Ability to work independently while coordinating across a broad stakeholder group
## What Makes You Standout
* 2 or more years experience supporting senior leaders or executive-level teams
* Experience using AI tools to drive work efficiency
* Event planning and coordination experience
* Experience working in a fast-paced, matrixed organization
* Continuous improvement mindset with ability to streamline administrative processes
## Education
Ideally you will have a degree or equivalent related work experience in the following:
* Post secondary degree in Business, Human Resources, or related fields, or equivalent work experience
