Job Title: Branch Manager

Start Date: Immediately

Salary Range: $120,000 - $140,000/Annually + Commission


Position Overview: The Omaha Branch Manager is responsible for leading the overall success, growth, and daily operations of the Omaha branch. This high-impact leadership role oversees sales development, project execution, staffing, client relationships, and financial performance while ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. Serving as the key connection between field operations and corporate leadership, the Branch Manager will drive branch growth, build strong customer partnerships, and mentor a high-performing team in a fast-paced commercial construction environment.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Generate and maintain relationships with prospective and key clients to support branch growth
  • Develop branch forecasts, financial objectives, and annual business plans
  • Coordinate with Corporate Office on estimating, project tracking, and profitability reporting
  • Support leadership decision-making and overall branch operations management
  • Assist with development and oversight of branch budgets, sales goals, staffing, and marketing initiatives
  • Identify operational improvement opportunities and implement corrective actions as needed
  • Oversee subcontractors, crews, and branch production activities to ensure quality and efficiency
  • Recruit, train, mentor, and communicate with branch staff while maintaining 

 

Required Skills and Abilities:

  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities
  • Advanced time management and organizational skills  
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills  
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and basic computer applications  
  • Ability to coach, mentor, and develop team members effectively 
  • Proven ability to build and maintain client and vendor relationships  
  • Ability to develop and execute budgets and financial forecasts  
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills  


Minimum Education and Experience:

  • 5–10+ years of progressive experience in operations, production, and sales within commercial roofing, architectural cladding, glass, or related construction industry (required)
  • 3+ years in a leadership, supervisory, or branch management role (Required)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred)
  • Experience managing P&L responsibility, budgeting, and financial forecasting  
  • Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record  
  • Willingness to travel locally for job site visits and client meetings as needed 
  • Familiarity with federal, municipal, or large commercial construction projects preferred  
  • Strong understanding of commercial roofing systems, safety standards, and project execution workflows

  • Ability to climb ladders, access elevated areas, and perform exterior assessments.
