As a Service Manager, you will be the operational backbone of our maintenance service teams. You will not be performing the technical work yourself — instead, your focus is on enabling the team to deliver effectively. This means setting up and running sprints, ensuring sprint goals are met, removing blockers, and keeping clients informed and engaged throughout.
