Amicable Collection Officer Consultant

This opportunity is a consultancy mission at a client site, where you will represent Keystone Solutions as an Amicable Collection Officer. As a Keystone Solutions consultant, you will be engaged in dynamic projects, working on-site and remotely, and bringing your expertise to diverse client environments. • →Recover unpaid instalments to prevent customers from being transferred to litigation, under the consultancy model of Keystone Solutions.
• →Ensure day-to-day outgoing and incoming contacts with customers in arrears, acting as a Keystone Solutions consultant.
• →Analyse files to ensure proper treatment and negotiation with clients in arrears, delivering value as part of the Keystone Solutions team.

• Dutch: Strong written and spoken communication skills
• French: Strong written and spoken communication skills
• English: Profound knowledge

• Bachelor or Master degree in a relevant field

• Expectation: 50% on site & 50% homeworking

• At least 2 years of relevant experience

• Good expertise in MS Office
• Familiar with various IT Tools

• Knowledge of Miles and/or Leasing
• Strong interest in finance and banking (products) is preferable
